Our Story
The President, Robert Dejournett PhD, obtained his PhD in biomedical science in 2005, and quickly came to the realization that his unique training and aptitude allowed him to do what few others could do in IT, that is be both a thought leader and a technical leader for healthcare companies. Since then, he has lead a successful migration at University of North Carolina to Epic systems, was the lead developer for several financial projects at Medfusion, and in January 2015, started full-time at his consultancy, PhD Computer Consulting. Since then, the company has exploded, with many new clients seeking not only technical expertise but project management and thought leadership in Healthcare IT. Clients including MD Anderson Cancer Center, pVerify, and approximately a dozen healthcare IT companies. He is certified with Allscripts ConnectR, Epic Bridges, and Cerner OpenLink. Additionally he has a CCNA and is certified for SUSE linux.
